Why an aerial perspective
Drone footage shows scale and context that's impossible to capture from the ground: a full plot and its surroundings, how buildings sit relative to the access road and neighbourhood, progress on a large development, or the atmosphere of an event seen from above. For real estate, it's often the difference between a listing that looks like dozens of others and one that immediately stands out. For construction projects, it's clear, regular documentation of progress without renting scaffolding or a lift platform.
What we cover
- Aerial real-estate photography and video — as an add-on to ground photography (see real-estate photography), especially useful for larger plots, houses with gardens, and properties where the surroundings matter
- Construction-progress and development documentation — consistent, comparable shots from the same vantage point across project stages, useful for investors, general contractors, and marketing teams
- Material for the hospitality and tourism sector — shots of a property, beach, or surrounding area that are hard to capture any other way
- Event and occasion coverage — aerial shots of crowds, staging, and the event itself as a complement to ground photography
- Promotional and commercial films — aerial video for ad campaigns, websites, and social media
How we work together
We start with a short conversation about the goal: a single shoot, recurring construction documentation, or video for a specific campaign. From there we confirm scope, timing, and an indicative quote. Flights are operated in line with applicable regulations and airspace restrictions for the location — if a site needs additional clearance (e.g. proximity to an airport), we flag that at the quote stage. After the shoot, material goes through post-production (colour correction, cropping, and for video, editing) and is delivered ready for web, social media, or print use. The exact file format and turnaround time are confirmed individually at booking, depending on project scope.
